One of the most respected suppliers to the professional spa and beauty trade in the Middle East, Manaste Group has built a solid reputation representing and distributing many high-profile international brands to the region. In recent years, it has achieved considerable success and aims to exploit further opportunities for growth by presenting itself as both a regional brand innovator and market leader.

Challenge

We were tasked withrepositioning the Group's business from what had historically been a B2B distribution company to a B2C brand innovator and creator of desirable retail and professional beauty and spa products.

Solution

We facilitated a growth strategy and a reorganisation of the corporate structure so it could effectively develop, manage and market its own brands alongside those of longstanding partners. Working closely with our IP partner and our Client, we developed an effective IP strategy to protect the new brand assets in all potential markets. We also created a corporate identity for the management and trading companies within the Group as well as a brand name, identity and story for each client service and product. These included the development of a beauty and spa concept, several ranges of beauty, spa and lifestyle products, the branding of a related furniture and equipment manufacturer and a spa-training academy.
