MAB is a leading integrated facilities management company operating across the Middle East. The firm has a list of prestigious contracts with some of the largest mall operators amongst many others in the region. It had initiated a strategy for growth and needed to raise its profile to prospective clients – but soon recognised that its communications were underperforming from both presentation and messaging perspectives.

Challenge

Our task was to create an integrated suite of memorable and informative corporate and marketing literature to drive MAB's marketing effort. As well as establishing key marketing messages, this also involved evaluation of MAB's service offer, its marketing processes and capabilities.

Solution

Careful distillation of MAB's offer and its expression through the firm's communications in a new and convincing way was central to the success of our solution. We conducted stakeholder workshops to gain perceptions of MAB and in context to its competitors and their communications and performance. As a result of our findings, we realigned the firm's strategic positioning and corporate language, creating a new approach to how the company communicates to its audiences. This includes its marketing content, imaging, design and production of branded corporate and service literature, corporate presentations and the styling of ongoing bid submissions.
